As a 9 year old, Casey Lim and his family escaped the notorious "Killing Fields" of Cambodia. Sponsored through Faith Christian Reformed Church, the family found safe haven in West Michigan and embraced a new life of freedom and opportunity.

As a young man Casey helped his family establish several businesses. He worked for Herman Miller and eventually established his own business, the Q Stick Cafe in Holland, Michigan where he, his wife Elizabeth and their family currently reside.

Casey's Food and Spirits was born out of love for great food, the gathering of friends and a passion to share his unique offerings to West Michigan. Sit back and relax, enjoy the atmosphere and a good meal. You may have come in a stranger, we hope you'll walk out a friend!
